Aliyah Treehouse Rental

A true treehouse adventure.  This is our tallest treehouse and most off the grid. Open the door to greet a majestic red oak inside the living room. Walk across the magical bridge to the most romantic bedroom in the tree house-the snuggle palace! A fire pit strategically located lights up the entire place. There are delightful artistic details to take in around each corner of this treehouse. It sleeps six…two adults (one couple above the living room), another in snuggle palace, and two kids. Rent out our Pete Nelson tree house and invite more people.

For those wanting an “off-the-grid nature experience”

This is truly an outdoor experience. You’ll enjoy the 200 acres (see map in photos) and you can also book a tree climb, hike the heart trail and the hobbit treehouse trail, Jacobs Ladders trail where you bring a chime and hang it in memory of a loss. Play corn hole, build a fire,Kids fish pond, go on a scavenger hunt to find the five ponds, explore an abandoned 1800s settlers log cabin, and wade and play in several cool creeks!

Here is what is included in the Treehouse:

~Kitchenette with all dishes, silverware to do your cooking. 3 gallons of water in water tank on bar.

~Main cabin has full size bed, couch, swing, three bar chairs and kitchenette

~Outside patio with patio set for four leads to the Swinging bridge

~Snuggle palace bedroom is full on bottom and twin on top with 3/4th deck

~Hammocks set up outside for 4

~Hanging large cabana pod to swing in

~Fire pit with log and six chairs

~Charcoal grill

~Compost toilet 5 second walk for quick trips (no bathroom inside or running water)and bathhouse at entry of property with full plumbing..flushing toilet, sink and shower. The bathhouse is about a 5 minute walk from your treehouse. You have spicket outside of your bathhouse to replenish water

~200 acres of themed trails will keep you busy for at least three days! You can hike or mountain bike. There is a laminated map inside your treehouse with trail descriptions. We have creeks galore to wade in and a Kids fishing pond. Bring your pole.

Is there a bathroom?
YES! At entry to property (about a ten minute walk from your treehouse… or you can drive) you have your own private bathhouse marked The Aliyah tree house guests. It has a shower, sink and toilet.

Next to the tree house is a nice compost toilet for quick trips that is about a 5 second walk.

Is there electricity?
There is access to a generator that turns on air and the electrical outlets. There is also batteries for fans and other devices.
How many does it sleep?
Sleeps up to 6. Two adults (one couple above the living room) another in snuggle palace full at bottom and two kids in twin atop.
What else is there to do on the property?
There are 10 miles of hiking trails of different levels. Map is in the treehouse.

Check out the scavenger hunt, find the minature hobbit houses along hobbit trail, identify the plants along purple trail, relax in the hammock on hidden pond, hang a chime in memory of a lossed one or pet along Jacobs Ladders memorial trail.

You can book a guided tree climb and experience the canopy tops and climb the same tree we did with Pete Nelson.

There is plenty to explore along the way. Several creek beds, deer, red-tailed hawks and turkey abounds.

What else should we bring?
Hiking shoes, and outdoorsy clothes are recommended. Board games, & food to cook out on grill.
What else is there to do in the surrounding areas?
Our favorite place to visit is downtown AugustaKy.com. Augusta is hometown to George Clooney. Visit his mom’s antique shop Nina’s. Eat at the Irish Pub. Get an ice cream for desert next to pizza place. Walk along the Ohio River and check out the historical homes or take a Ferry ride.

Maysville Kentucky is another favorite. City of Maysville.com. Eat at DeShas or visit downtown Maysville.
